We’re delighted to launch a new way for patients to contact us — especially those who may not have access to the internet or find online forms difficult to use.
You can now submit a medical or admin request over the phone — no computer or smartphone needed. The system will guide you through a few simple questions and send your answers securely to our triage team, just like our online Anima form.
Available Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 6.30 pm
Call the usual practice number 01162608844 and choose option 1 when prompted.
This service is especially useful for:
- Patients without internet access
- Carers or family members helping someone else
- Anyone who prefers to speak rather than type
